I Am!

OK, some of my South Carolina friends have completed this list, so I thought I'd reveal my own. Keep in mind that there are so many answers that I could list - here's what first popped into my little mind....

I AM........

i am: a child of God, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt
i think : too much
i know : I am changing all the time
i want : intimacy with the Lord

i have : the best husband
i wish: I had all the answers
i hate: ADDICTIONS
i hear: from the Lord
i feel: like I am getting my period tomorrow
i miss: being young and my kids' baby years
i fear: snakes, and the dark, and my daughters' teenage years
i smell: the Whopper I am eating
i crave: peace and quiet and the warmth of the sun on my skin
i search : the mysteries of God's Word
i wonder: what my purpose is
i dream : all the time - vividly!
i regret : not being better with money
i love: too much - my husband, my kids, Jesus
i ache: when I see hungry babies all over the world
i care: about the earth! Recycle!
i always: sing to my kids at bedtime
i am not: who I was ten years ago
i believe : in miracles
i dance: like a white woman. And all the time! In private of course.
i sing: to the Lord, to my kids, to myself in the shower and in the car
i cry: when I get overwhelmed
i don’t always: keep my house clean
i fight: the enemy everyday
i write: not often enough
i win: never!
i lose: all the time because I'm not competitive!
i never: have smoked a cigarette or done drugs

i confuse: my kids names
i listen: to the birds singing in the morning
i can usually be found: on my front porch
i am scared: of failing my girls by not being the perfect mother
i need: to have quiet time by myself, frequently
i am happy: that the Lord provides all I need!
